A prequel to the original Dune, it tells the story of how the Sisterhood of Rossak evolved into the Bene Gesserit. The incident with Valya Harkonnen using the voice of one called the ‘Mentat of Dune’. All three books intertwine the development of the Sisterhood, the Mentats, the Navigators, and the Suk Doctors.
The quality was okay
It’s pretty stupid to me how many people are complaining about this show after a decent pilot. I’d give the first episode a 7.6. It wasn’t a masterpiece, but it definitely wasn’t crap like a lot of these idiot critics are making it out to be.
NO, it’s not like Sex and the City
And YES, Benne Ghesserit’s entire mission is to manipulate bloodlines within politics. This is stated in the movies and also in the books, so what are you guys talking about giving it 1 to 5 stars!? Let’s get a few more episodes out first, damn it!
